Project Brief

A mid-size manufacturing business was spending significant time each month manually pulling ledger data to prepare their Monthly Business Review (MBR). The process was slow & error-prone.

The solution was an automated, end-to-end pipeline. A Python process now fetches raw data directly from the ERP, transforms and validates it, and feeds both a fully integrated 3-statement financial model and a Power BI profit dashboard. The entire flow refreshes automatically, so the MBR pack is ready and reconciled before the meeting starts, with no manual intervention. The 3-statement model keeps the P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow tied together for a complete financial picture, while the dashboard surfaces profitability and commercial drivers in a clear, interactive view.
