Project Brief

This executive dashboard and its underlying model serve as a pre-submission health-monitoring tool for a financial institution managing regulatory obligations across the EBA, PRA, ECB, and FCA frameworks, covering COREP, FINREP, Pillar 3, LCR, NSFR, AnaCredit, DORA, and PRA RWA returns.

The tool sits upstream of the formal submission process, giving compliance and finance teams a single, consolidated view of return readiness before filing. Rather than discovering issues during or after submission, stakeholders can monitor the health of each return in advance: validating completeness, surfacing data-quality anomalies, and flagging breaches or threshold proximities across capital, liquidity, and credit-risk metrics. The underlying model standardises inputs from multiple source systems into a coherent, reconciled layer, ensuring the figures feeding each framework are consistent, traceable, and audit-ready.

The dashboard translates this into a clear, decision-oriented interface, allowing leadership to assess regulatory standing at a glance, drill into specific returns or metrics where attention is needed, and track readiness over time. The result is a proactive, prevention-first approach to regulatory reporting that reduces risk & shortens review cycles.
