As Analytics Manager at Convera (formerly Western Union Business Solutions), I led operations analytics transformation that earned me a CEO award. During my tenure, first as Senior Data Scientist then as Manager, I built activity-based costing models, cost-to-serve frameworks, ML-based capacity planning systems, compliance optimization tools, and STP defect analysis - alongside automation ROI models that justified technology investments.

Before Convera, I spent 7 years in financial analytics & data science consulting - first at Solving Efeso, then independently from 2016 when I established Hal Praxis. This combination of in-house fintech experience and hands-on consulting across multiple companies makes me a reliable partner for ambitious startups and scale-ups.
